본 페이지는 MX ERP(엠엑스 ERP) 앱과 웹 서비스에서 계정을 삭제(회원탈퇴)하는 방법과, 삭제 시 처리되는 데이터를 안내합니다.

1. 삭제할 수 있는 계정
MX ERP 앱과 웹에서 사용하는 학생 계정과 학부모 계정은 앱 또는 웹 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 학원장·선생님 등 그 외 계정은 앱 내 자가 삭제 기능이 제공되지 않으며, 아래 5번 항목의 문의 채널을 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 앱·웹에서 계정을 삭제하는 방법
MX ERP 앱과 웹 브라우저(https://mx-erp.kr)는 같은 계정을 사용합니다. 앱을 이미 삭제했더라도 웹 브라우저에서 로그인해 동일한 절차로 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- MX ERP 앱 또는 웹 브라우저(https://mx-erp.kr)에 학생 또는 학부모 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 하단 “더보기” 탭을 누른 뒤 “내 계정”으로 이동합니다.
- “회원탈퇴” 섹션에서 현재 비밀번호와 확인 문구 “삭제”를 입력합니다. 탈퇴 사유는 선택 입력입니다.
- “회원탈퇴” 버튼을 누르고 확인 창에서 “계정 삭제하기”를 선택하면 탈퇴 요청이 완료됩니다.

3. 삭제 요청 후 처리 절차
- 요청 즉시 — 해당 계정은 바로 로그아웃되며, 이후 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인할 수 없습니다. 학원과의 연결도 비활성화됩니다.
- 처리 유예기간(14일) — 탈퇴 요청 후 14일의 처리 유예기간이 적용됩니다. 유예기간 중에도 로그인은 계속 차단되며, 탈퇴 취소나 계정 복구 기능은 제공되지 않습니다.
- 유예기간 경과 후 — 계정에 저장된 개인정보(이름, 로그인 아이디, 이메일, 휴대전화 번호, 비밀번호, 학생 계정의 생년월일 등)가 지체 없이 파기(익명화 처리)됩니다.
4. 삭제되는 정보와 보존되는 정보
삭제(파기)되는 정보 — 계정의 이름, 로그인 아이디, 이메일, 휴대전화 번호, 복구용 이메일, 비밀번호, 학생 계정의 생년월일 등 계정 단위 개인정보.
보존되는 정보 — 수업, 출결, 과제, DICE 등 운영 기록은 학원 운영 및 정산을 위해 보존될 수 있습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 남은 동의 기록과 감사 기록은 분쟁 대응 및 법적 의무 이행을 위해 보존됩니다.
관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
5. 로그인이 어려운 경우·기타 삭제 요청
앱을 이미 삭제했고 웹 로그인도 어려운 경우, 학원장·선생님 계정의 삭제를 요청하는 경우, 또는 계정 전체 삭제 대신 일부 데이터의 삭제를 요청하고 싶은 경우에는 아래 카카오톡 채널로 문의해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리를 안내해 드립니다.
Account Deletion (English)
This page explains how to delete your MX ERP account. Student and parent accounts used in the MX ERP app can be deleted directly in the app or on the web. The app and the website (https://mx-erp.kr) share the same account, so you can delete your account from a web browser even if the app is no longer installed.
- Sign in to the MX ERP app or the website (https://mx-erp.kr) with your student or parent account.
- Tap the “더보기” (More) tab at the bottom, then open “내 계정” (My Account).
- In the “회원탈퇴” (Delete Account) section, enter your current password and type the confirmation word “삭제” (delete).
- Tap the delete button and confirm in the dialog.
You are signed out immediately and can no longer sign in with the account. After a 14-day processing period, personal information stored in the account (name, login ID, email, phone number, password, and date of birth for student accounts) is permanently erased (anonymized). Account deletion cannot be cancelled or reversed during this period.
Some records may be retained where required: academy operational records (classes, attendance, assignments), payment/DICE ledgers, consent logs, and audit logs are kept for academy operations, settlement, and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
